Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, designs, text, and high-definition property imagery, is the exclusive property of Vedland Infra. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or 'scraping' of our data for commercial use is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright law.
Limitation of Liability
Vedland Infra acts as a facilitator and consultant. We are not responsible for market fluctuations, third-party financing delays, or inaccuracies provided by independent property owners. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of India.
User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the inquiry process. Any attempt to disrupt the platform's security, provide fraudulent documentation, or misrepresent financial capacity will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
